If you buy one of my Yamaha U1 or U3 pianos then you will be pleased to know that you can send the piano back to me if you are are not happy with the quality or condition. The movers will collect it free of charge and I will give you a FULL refund with no questions asked. You will not be out of pocket by a single penny.
Hopefully this will help take the risk factor out of buying a piano whether you choose to visit my showrooms or ask me to choose one for you. Perhaps you’d like to get your piano tuner or piano teacher to give the piano a thorough inspection before you finally decide that you will keep it. That’s fine by me.
So far I have not had any phone calls asking me to take a piano back and give a refund. That’s a good sign but you do have that option should you need it.
Stair jobs don’t qualify
If you are asking me to deliver a piano up a flight of stairs then I’m afraid the moneyback guarantee is slightly different. You are still welcome to claim the moneyback for the piano but I’ll have to deduct the original delivery costs that I paid along with the return delivery costs. This is because stairjobs are expensive. At the time of writing this message I’ve just received a message from my movers to report a successful delivery of a Yamaha U3 up 12 (twelve!) flights of stairs.
Silent conversions don’t qualify
If you have asked me to convert your chosen piano to silent then I’m afraid this 14 day moneyback guarantee doesn’t apply. This is because I would be changing the piano permanently to silent for you. This policy is inline with the distance selling act.
