Payment Options
Thanks for clicking through to this page. I will now list the various payment options available to you. If I don’t explain it very clearly, just email me with any questions to markgoodwinpianos@gmail.com and I’ll be happy to reply in full detail.
BANK TRANSFER USING INTERNET OR PHONE BANKING: (most people use this method)
Payments made in this way usually show up the same day in my bank but sometimes it can take 2 or 3 days. The details you will need if using this method are as follows:

Bank: Natwest
Reference: Please use your chosen piano make, model and serial number if known
If you need any further information such as IBAN or SWIFT codes please email me and I’ll send that to you straight away
CHEQUE
Cheques can be made payable to “Mark Goodwin Pianos Ltd” and sent to Unit 2 Stadium Works, Dogford Rd, Royton, Oldham, OL2 6TS
CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD:
I can accept a credit or debit card payments over the telephone. I recommend that you contact your bank before attempting payment so that they know to expect a large payment and that it isn’t fraudulent. Debit card payments are free but there is a 2.5% charge for credit cards. I have to be in my office using my landline (0161 2130445) to accept card payments so please try to get me that way. However, I’m very often out of the office on errands or delivering pianos so please book a time with me for when you’d like to phone in with your card details.
DEPOSIT CASH AT LOCAL NATWEST BRANCH
You can walk into any Natwest bank and give them the cash along with my account details and they will credit my account straight away. If you want to use this method please use the same bank details that I’ve listed above.
CASH ON DELIVERY
Sometimes, customers can be a little nervous about transferring a large amount of cash into my bank prior to delivery. In these cases I am happy to accept cash on delivery for the full amount including delivery. You do not need to pay a deposit, I just ask that you make sure that you are fully ready to commit when the piano arrives and that you withdraw all of the cash in good time so that my piano movers don’t end up carrying a piano around the country that doesn’t end up getting delivered if you aren’t ready.
