Mark’s summary of this instrument
“This piano is 15 years old and in good physical condition. The extremely cheap price reflects that there are a few problems with this piano. Please read below for details.”

My Uncle Ronnie once had a Gebauhr grand piano that was made in about 1880 or something like that. Sadly it got damaged in a flood but he loved that piano. It make his eyes light up when he heard it play.
That was an antique grand piano, this is a modern upright piano so the comparison perhaps doesn’t apply . However this piano has a very endearing, soft tone. It is not “tinny” and shrill like some cheaper pianos can be. So that’s a good sign!
However, when I asked my piano tuner to tune it, he commented that he was struggling to make it stay perfectly in tune (it was “slipping” a bit). Also, we have noticed that a small number of the keys are not really working as freely as they should be. I counted about 3 keys that were suffering from this problem.
So if you are looking for a starter piano that looks good, sounds good but has a couple of issues with some of the notes and it might not stay in tune so well, please consider this piano. For advanced pianists, I recommend some of my other stock instead.
