This piano is a top quality Kemble upright piano. In case you didn’t already know, Kemble are one of the very best piano manufacturers and they are based in London, England and are still making pianos today. In fact, if I’m not mistaken, they actually make pianos for Yamaha these days.
The action on this piano is very nice to play. Nice and even and easy to play. The tone quality is also very good, very lively sound, nice and clear. The dynamic range is very good which means you can play softly or loudly.
The cabinet is currently in “good” condition. I wouldn’t say it is in “excellent condition” or even “very good” condition. There are few bumps and bruises, please see the photos for evidence of this. There are also 2 or 3 coffee mug stains on the very top of the piano.
If this piano has not been sold in the next week or 2 I will be sending it to the polishing shop and having it fully stripped and repolished. At the point the price will probably be in the region of £1200 – £1500 despite it being the same piano, only shinier. So if you fancy a bargain, please get in touch below.
