Going to Mark Goodwin’s piano showroom was the best decision we could have made. Knowing we wanted to concentrate on Yamaha U1s and U3s, we were amazed to find twenty of them in the showroom – all in perfect condition, with a variety of tones and actions to suit every player.
Mark’s hands-off approach of staying in the background while we tried each piano was extremely helpful, allowing us to spend as much time as we needed without the pressure to buy one. Although spoilt for choice, we eventually managed to choose our favourite, at which point Mark answered every question we had to ask about it, and more!
Delivery was prompt and professional, and the free tune-up after 6 weeks was the icing on the cake. We would not hesitate to recommend Mark’s shop to anyone looking for a hassle-free piano-buying experience!
