Just a note to say how pleased we are with our Yamaha U3. I found the whole process so easy. It was fabulous being able to chat with you on MSN Messenger whilst asking all those questions I can never quite remember on the phone!
We were impressed with the quick responses from you and also particularly with the speedy delivery of the piano especially as it was over the Christmas holiday period. I had every confidence in the buying process which has to be there when buying over the internet and not being able to visit the piano before we bought it.
Harriet [see photo] is playing the piano much more now she has an instrument of this calibre to practise on.
