Please visit our Yamaha Piano sales page to see our current stock of the Yamaha UX Upright Piano. The Yamaha UX is presented as Yamaha’s “hand finished” upright piano designed for high level playing. It has a different soundboard design than the rest of the U-Series and a slightly different case design just above the keyboard. But in reality you can think of the UX as a rebadged U3. Not many people are familiar with the Yamaha UX so it often gets overlooked in favour of the more popular U1 and U3 models. For general information about the Yamaha UX, please see below:

Yamaha UX Available Colours/Finishes
The most commonly available colour available on the 2nd hand market is Black Polyester. A non-black 2nd hand Yamaha UX is a very rare thing and if that is what you require you could be in for a very long search. Feel free to get in touch if you’d like us to try and find one for you.
The Yamaha UX appears to have been discontinued from Yamaha’s line of new pianos so if you require a Yamaha UX it looks like you are going to have to go 2nd hand but if you choose a 2nd hand Yamaha UX wisely you can get a piano that is every bit as good as a brand new one for less than half price.
